Speaking
The talk your team is still quoting two quarters later.
“I need a kickoff speaker who actually knows this work. Not a motivational generalist with a sales slide bolted on.”
How It Works
Built for your room, not off the shelf.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the room: who's in it, what they've already heard, and what has to be different when they leave. The talk gets built from there, with your language, your motion, and your moment in it. Scoped to the event, from a forty-minute mainstage keynote to a facilitated half-day with your leadership team.
If what your room actually needs is a working session rather than a talk, I'll say so, and we'll design that instead.

Where I Speak
Four kinds of rooms.
Different stages ask for different things. What they share: an audience of practitioners who can tell within five minutes whether the speaker has done the work.
Keynotes
A mainstage argument about where presales is going and what it demands of the people running it. Built for conferences and leadership summits where the audience has seen every generic AI talk already.
Sales kickoffs
The SKO or presales kickoff session that sets the year's standard. Tuned to your motion and your team's actual deals, so it lands as a mandate rather than a moment.
Roundtables & panels
Designed and facilitated executive sessions, panel moderation, and panel contributions. One format underneath: a guided conversation where the room does the best thinking and leaves with something to write down.
Leadership meetings
On-site or remote, inside your team's actual meeting: facilitating the session, working the planning problem with you, or sitting in as an outside voice with pattern recognition your room doesn't have yet.
Tell me about the room.
The date, the audience, and what you need to be true when it's over. I'll tell you what I'd bring to it, and whether a talk is even the right instrument.
